All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final costs may vary from initial estimates if additional issues are discovered during the course of work. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.
Emergency and after-hours services may be subject to additional surcharges, which will be disclosed before service commences.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments. A finance charge may apply to invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date.
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (603) 555-0100 or through our website contact form. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. Unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies) may occasionally cause delays — we will contact you promptly in such cases.
We warrant all labor performed by Plumbing HVAC Services New Hampshire for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. Equipment and parts warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. This labor warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
